WiseTrack ("WiseTrack," "we," "us," or "our") provides an app for tracking personal and business expenses by scanning receipts and analyzing spending. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using WiseTrack, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address to create and secure your account. We never see or store your Apple or Google password.

Receipt and financial data. When you scan or add a receipt, we collect the information you capture or that our AI extracts — such as merchant name, amounts, dates, and whether the entry is income or an expense. Receipt images are stored locally on your device. Receipt details (metadata) are synced to our secure cloud so you can access them across devices.

Voice input. If you use voice entry, your device's speech recognition converts your speech to text so we can create a receipt entry from it.

Usage and analytics data. We collect anonymized, aggregated information about how the app is used (for example, which features are opened and general performance data) to improve WiseTrack.

Subscription data. If you purchase a subscription, the transaction is processed by Apple. We receive your subscription status (active, expired, etc.) but never your full payment-card details.

Device permissions. With your permission, we access your camera and photo library to capture receipts, and your microphone for voice entry. You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and secure your account.
• Scan receipts and extract their details using AI.
• Organize, store, and sync your receipts and spending insights.
• Provide analytics and reports about your income and expenses.
• Process and manage subscriptions.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the app.
• Communicate with you about your account or important changes.

We do not sell your personal information.
